Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Rules:


Once a booking is made, you have agreed to our cancellation policy. 
If for whatever reason you are unable to attend your appointment, we require a minimum of 48hours notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.

​

If you cancel or reschedule within 48hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. 

​

Fail to attend a booked appointment - No-shows and same day of last-minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business.
They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.

​

We may ask for you to pre pay for all future appointments due to last minute cancellation or No show a full payment is required to secure your future bookings.

No Show Policy

​

A No show is simply when you do not turn up for your appointment.

  •  Booking/Cancellation Policy apply (*read the policy above)

  •  If this appointment was a Gift Voucher / Free Treatment or a packaged treatment, the time has been lost and therefore the Voucher / Free Treatment or packaged treatment has been forfeited.

Gift Vouchers

​

Gift Vouchers are subject to the following: 

​​

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of your treatment for redemption and only one voucher can be used per treatment.

  • Vouchers are unable to be replaced if lost.

  • If you make a booking for the use of a Gift voucher and you No Show you will forfeit the full amount of the voucher.

  • Cancellation Policy applies to a Gift Voucher booking.

Wedding Bookings 

Wedding bookings to secure your booking we require 50% non - refundable booking fee.

The Salon Price List is subject to change at any given time without notice prior to booking fee being paid.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE NOTE: *

PACKAGES IS PRICED AT REGROWTH ONLY.

Regrowth of up to a maximum of 12 weeks.

Prices may vary depending on length, thickness and the colour result in which you are wanting to achieve.           

Should you fall outside of the recommended timelines, there will be an additional colour charge of $49 and if you're needing your ends lightened there will be an additional colour charge of $99 this covers both our time and the extra colour applied.
